Description

Join us for an unforgettable guided expedition into the heart of Ukraine – a country defined by its culture, courage, and unbreakable spirit.
This is more than a tour. It’s an opportunity to witness history, meet incredible people, and directly support communities rebuilding their lives after invasion and occupation.

Guests are welcome to bring humanitarian aid with them. We personally hand-deliver all donations through our trusted network of local partners – ensuring your support reaches those who need it most, quickly and transparently.

We prioritise rail travel whenever possible, using modern Ukrainian trains for comfortable, reliable transport across the country. Compartments are often shared within our group, though due to limited availability, we may occasionally be seated separately or travel by road for certain legs.

Before departure, every participant receives a comprehensive safety briefing covering:

  • Ukraine’s current security situation

  • Martial law & curfew rules

  • Air-raid procedures and shelter options

  • Cultural awareness and etiquette

  • Emergency contacts and contingency plans

Your safety, comfort, and understanding of the environment are always our highest priorities.

Day 3: Battle of Kyiv Tour – Witnessing History

At 10:00, we begin one of the most powerful experiences of the trip.

You will visit Irpin, Bucha, and Borodyanka – towns whose names became symbols of both Russian brutality and Ukrainian resilience during the 2022 full-scale invasion.

Here, you will:

  • Walk streets that appeared on every major news network

  • See memorials, destroyed buildings, and reconstruction zones

  • Hear first-hand accounts from survivors who lived through occupation

  • Visit local initiatives preserving evidence of war crimes

  • Understand how ordinary people endured extraordinary circumstances

This is a deeply moving day and often the part of the trip guests remember most.

Day 4: Kyiv In Depth — Life, Local Stories & Hidden Corners

Today is about discovering the Kyiv locals know and love.

Guided by passionate residents, you’ll explore hidden courtyards, murals, neighbourhood cafes, viewpoints, and cultural landmarks that most visitors never find. This slower, more personal day offers space for conversation, reflection, and connection.

In the evening, we board our train back toward Poland — carrying new memories, new friendships, and a far deeper understanding of Ukraine.
